• It is without doubt now that the Ilonggo people are pretty much aware of the kind of character and mould which define the persona of the new Ilonggo Mafia Boss, Don Rommel Ynion— the main financier of systematic destabilization campaigns in Iloilo City today, by capitalizing on his vast array of paid criminals and social dregs who masquerade as ‘journalists and media practitioners’ in order to hide their perverted, abusive and distorted concepts of so called ‘press freedom’ and ‘journalism license’. That this Rommel Mafioso Ynion is a dangerous criminal lurking under the drain, and in the wallows of Iloilo Media community, surrounded by his paid media sindikatos and scalawags, posturing as ‘moral crusaders and anti-corruption campaigners’ in their belief of deceiving the Ilonggo people.

 

After The MAFIA BOSS, DON ROMMEL YNION went almost huramentado over various media airwaves hitting below the belt using barumbado and trash languages against Iloilo City Mayor Jed Mabilog and Iloilo City Congressman Jerry Trenas on several occasions of live on-air interview the past weeks, he became extremely isolated from various sectors and groups comprising the Ilonggo community. The MAFIOSO Ynion went almost wild like a raging bull after the Iloilo City Solid Waste Management Board publicly exposed the various attempts and malicious maneuvers of the Ilonggo Mafia Boss’ dubious cum money laundering front company known as Green Zone Corp. in its scandalous and grossly overpriced business proposal for garbage collection contract in Iloilo City [worth a whooping 500 Million Pesos]. This was the prominent straw which broke the camel’s back, so to speak, and clearly exposed the monster and barumbado persona of the new criminal MAFIA BOSS, Don Rommel Ynion.

All the more, with these revelations coming from the voluntary contributions of our network of informants who consistently provide the Adobo Ilonggo and Ilonggo AdoboGwapo, our community becomes consistently aware of the real issues and circumstances involving the present destabilization and rumor-mongering campaigns the Ilonggo Mafia Boss and his criminal attack dogs in Iloilo City, hiding under the skirt of Iloilo Media. Some of the prominent criminal and flagrant violations of law of Mafia Boss Ynion, and his criminal cohorts in media are:

•  Mafioso Boss Rommel Ynion arrogantly violated the law [both national and local laws] when he illegally constructed his BALI Hotel at the area of Ramon Muzones St., along the vicinity of Barangay Gen.Hughes without necessary building permit and construction approval coming from the Iloilo City Government, more specifically the Iloilo City Engineer’s Office. This is a deliberate and manifest display of ARROGANCE and HEIGHT OF INSULT against the duly constituted authorities state functionaries— very typical of a person who is used to committing criminal acts like illegal gambling/jueteng, smuggling, technical smuggling, arms dealing, money laundering.

 

• The Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) of MAFIOSO BOSS’ Bali Hotel is likewise dubious and questionable. It must be emphasized that the construction and building permit, as well as the ECC are basic legal requirements for any construction project, that even the official government projects are mandated to comply with. So, why should the ILONGGO MAFIA BOSS Rommel Ynion be exempted from these legal requirements? Is he above the law? And now he comes with his pack of media criminals flaunting before the whole world that they are the new “moral crusaders in Iloilo City”; what a shame!
• Another brazen display of arrogance and flagrant violation of law being perpetrated by the Ilonggo Mafia Boss Rommel Ynion is the demolition, and subsequent reconstruction of the Iloilo Press Club Building in Molo District; still without demolition, construction and building permits. Such open manifestation of frequent and scandalous violations of laws being committed by Ilonggo Mafioso Ynion is a very dangerous pattern of an IMPENDING TYRANT, pretending to be a ‘champion of anti-corruption campaign’ who is on the loose in Iloilo City.
•  The Ilonggo Mafioso Ynion does not have a credible and authentic documents attesting to the legitimacy of the vast wealth he has, such as Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net worth, Corporate and Personal Income Tax Returns, all at least for the last 10 years, with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. These are crucial legal documents that would establish the legitimacy of the wealth of the Ilonggo Mafia Boss, and subsequently establish that indeed, Don Rommel Ynion’s money did not, or do not come from criminal and blood trails.
•  It is of constant prevalence among government intelligence circles and close associates of the Arroyo Family Syndicates that MAFIOSO YNION was/ and is involved with the grossly overpriced Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard Construction (with more than 600 Million Pesos in overpricing), the jueteng/illegal gambling operations in south Luzon, and Mindanao in cahoots with the Pinol Brothers, and the most recent attempts to control the  jueteng/stl operations in Iloilo Province via the earlier exposed Around The World Gaming Corp [a partnership of Ynion and Iggy Arroyo]; the smuggling, technical smuggling operations with the Pure Gold owner and long-known Philippine smuggling lord, Lucio Co]… by the way, the MANG INASAL which Don Rommel Ynion is in management contract is located at Tanza, Cavite, right in the building of Lucio Co.
•  The Ilonggo Mafia Boss is an inveterate liar, manipulator and psywar practitioner. Upon checking with the Marikina City Mayor’s Office, and the Solid Waste Association Management of the Philippines, and the Solid Waste Contractors Association of the Philippines, it was strongly established that the Green Zone Corp. is not in any way listed, much less recognized as a legitimate solid waste contractor in Metro Manila. Such revelation was exactly the opposite of what the Mafia Boss was trying to pass around that he has a legitimate garbage collection business in Metro Manila area.

 

Therefore, it can be firmly declared that all the pronouncements of so called bribe demands of Mayor Mabilog from the Mafia Boss Ynion, including the recent media spin that Ilonggo Mafia Boss Ynion is receiving ‘death threats’ because he is allegedly exposing corruption issues at the Iloilo City Hall construction, are nothing but plain psychological manipulations in order to make the Mafioso Boss appear as if he is being harassed by powerful officials in Iloilo City, and so therefore he can as well justify his retinue of fully-armed civilian body guards, all armed to the teeth as if they are going to a full combat operations versus the ABU SAYAF group in Mindanao. The Mafioso Ynion’s latest spin and tale on death threats against him are rather more profoundly viewed as imaginary than being real. Such a classic style in media and press management.
