A recap of Manuel Mejorada’s exposes of Rommel Ynion

Thank you to Adobo’s readers who keep on sending researches about Rommel Ynion and his ill-gotten wealth. What is common among them all is that they all keep on coming up with Manuel Mejorada’s articles! Tsk, the web is virtually crawling with this media mercenary’s anti-Ynion articles more than his pro-Ynion articles. Ay, paano na lang ang ginhatag ni Rommel Ynion sa iya nga 2 ka Ipad, expensive pistol, and P1 million to shut him up. Unfortunately, Manuel Mejorada, you cannot erase what is written on the internet. You may take articles off your blog but they are saved elsewhere. Thank you, readers, Adobo won’t run out of things to say.

Rommel Ynion in front of his US house as exposed by the brilliant Manuel Mejorada. Since anti-Ynion sentiments is brewing in Iloilo City and elsewhere, will Rommel Ynion do a Lemuel Fernandez on Manuel Mejorada? Will we see him with a swollen head? After all, Rommel Ynion prides himself in being a boxer (and a sharpshooter).

Manuel Mejorada and Rommel Ynion manipulated COA report on cakes, wreaths and what-have-you or The truth behind these “expensive” cakes and wreaths (Adobo has proof! Gasp!)

Because Adobo Ilonggo is not one to swallow hook line and sinker regarding the scandalous expensive cakes for the senior citizens and wreaths for Ilonggos six feet under that pathetic newspaper The News Today trumpeted on its front page based on a COA report, he requested his granddaughter who likes “scandals and stuff” to check how true that per cake could amount to P1,750 to P3,500.

Lo, and behold! Documents from the Iloilo City Hall Accountant’s office, specifically the Purchase Request, showed that each cake given to senior citizens cost only P75.00 each and such given to 102 senior citizens, that would be P7,650 pesoses, my friends. The conclusion is clear: Rommel Ynion and Manuel Mejorada manipulated the COA report to make the public believe each cake cost that much.

At least here at Adobo Ilonggo, when this or that is claimed, it is always backed up by research and documents, unlike some pathetic bulldog who keeps on barking “illegal this and illegal that” but could not show documents that Bali Suites and the IPC building have permits, licenses and ECC clearances. Booooooo! Here are the documents:

Rommel Ynion mad dog on the warpath, phwoar!

Rommel Ynion has started his barumbado ways and went mud-slinging after Iloilo City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog and the SP on Environment exposed his Green Zone Corporation (supposedly a waste treatment and garbage contractor) as a non-entity not even listed in the waste treatment and garbage contractors associations of the country.

His claims about doing business in Marikina and Muntinlupa are all bogus, too. And so, caught manipulating, lying, and scheming again, our favorite pathetic inveterate liar of a “businessman” and jueteng lord goes on radio and exposes his own uncouth (bastos) ways by calling Mayor Jed “agi” or homosexual who will not enter heaven. And what does this have to do with Rommel Ynion doing business in Iloilo?

Adobo Ilonggo “dies-dies” laughing over the immature ways of this pathetic bulldog. Ha ha ha! LOL. (Give me my inhaler, please…. Too much laughter is killing me).

Spicy challenges from the adobo cook for Don Rommel S. Ynion with intermission from “The Godfather”

Since Mr. Ynion has challenged Iloilo City Mayor Jed Mabilog to get a lie detector test (over the SOP from a waste treatment contract) which anyway, is not reliable ( http://www.increasebrainpower.com/lie-detector-test.html), may Adobo Ilonggo and number one fan, Ilonggo Adobo Guapo, challenge Mafioso Rommel S. Ynion to a more reliable “honesty test”, which are the following:

1. Show your Statement of Assets and Liabilities in the last ten years, Mr. Ynion. One of our fans suggested this is the best way to debunk all claims that you earned your money illegally. Moreover, it will show what a law-abiding citizen you are and have the moral ascendancy to call the kettle black.

2. Show the incorporation papers of your “companies”, Mr. Ynion. Adobo thinks you have lots – Maxmedia, Stavros, Bali Suites, Green Zone Inc. and some holding companies in the US. Show the incorporation papers and you will erase once and for all, all the doubts Ilonggos have about where you got your wealth. Many are still inclined to believe that your wealth came from Jose Pidal and the overpricing by P600 million of the Macapagal Boulevard during the days of GMA – and this was a story started by your ass-licker factotum Manuel “Boy Tulisan” Mejorada whose journalism skills is absolutely top-notch. So top-notch that Adobo keeps on quoting him.

3.  Explain lucidly how you got your wealth. In such a short time, from an ordinary reporter of the Manila Bulletin (yuck, of all newspapers!) and business reporter of The Philippine Star (How pitiful…) you became a mansion-owning, luxury-car driving,  globe-trotting Man of the World. Please explain how you became like this so that pobre Ilonggos can emulate your wisdom and work ethic and be as lucky as you are instead of  feeding them bread and lugaw. “Don’t give them fish, teach them how to fish,” so say our elders. Now, for intermission in relation to this list, we have a quote from the movie, “The Godfather III”:

Kay Corleone: You know, Michael; now that you’re so respectable, I think you’re more dangerous than ever. I liked you better when you were just a common Mafia hood.

4. Debunk allegations that you are a jueteng lord and not interested in politics. By doing numbers 1, 2, and 3 above. And now for another Godfather quote that will speak for who you are, Don Rommel S. Ynion:

Vincent Mancini: Don Lucchesi, you are a man of finance and politics. These things I don’t understand.
Don Lucchesi: You understand guns?
Vincent Mancini: Yes.
Don Lucchesi: Finance is a gun. Politics is knowing when to pull the trigger.

5. Prove that the cars in your garage are not smuggled, Don Rommel S. Ynion. Tell Adobo Ilonggo and the public how you got them. Adobo Ilonggo has a whole cache of photographs of you beside your vintage cars – all of them worth multi-millions. Adobo will show them to the public at a later time. Are they all legally bought? And now, for some wisdom from the greatly beloved Michael Corleone of “The Godfather III”:

Michael Corleone: Friends and money – oil and water.

Finally, what Rommel S. Ynion looks like

Someone emailed me this photograph of the famous/infamous/popular/likable/disgusting (depends on whose side you are) Rommel S. Ynion who our number one fan Ilonggo Adobo Gwapo calls a Mafioso but may I digress.

Indeed, the guy is good looking and charismatic enough to be city mayor. What makes us wonder though, is why the email sender sent us so many photos of this Ynion guy posing beside so many expensive cars. Does he own them? If so, has he paid taxes for them? Anyone with information but doesn’t want to have their heads bashed in, you may email me at adoboilonggo@hotmail.com

NEWS FLASH!!! NEWS FLASH!!!THE MORAL BANKCRUPTCY OF THE NEW ILONGGO MAFIA TRIUMVIRATE (Part 2)

We yield space once more to our prolific friend, Ilonggo Adobo Gwapo, who must be so rabidly passionate about Iloilo City that he has a million and one things to write about the men he claims are the greatest threat to the city’s economic development and social stability: Manuel Mejorada and his boss, Rommel Ynion.

by Ilonggo AdoboGwapo on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 9:04am.

TODAY, June 26, 2011… Current Iloilo Provincial Arthur Defensor says: “maka-alsa sang kilay ang mga cost sang materials sa ginapatindog nga Iloilo Provincial Capitol sadtong time nga ang nagapungko sa poder amu kanday former Iloilo Governor Niel Tupas kag former Iloilo Provincial Administrator Manuel “Boy Tulisan” Mejorada… “the COA and Accounting Report reveals apparent dubious material cost report such as: door knobs– @ P4,000.00/each; toilet-tissue paper holder– @ P3,700.00/each; urinal partitions– @ P35,000.00/each; homogenous tiles– @ P 6,700.00… Governor Defensor says these discoveries need serious investigation, especially in the light of development of things in Iloilo City in which the former Iloilo Provincial Administrator “Boy Tulisan Mejorada” is trying to reinvent his decaying and rotten image by now masquerading as an ‘anti-corruption’ crusader within the TRIUMVIRATE of the new ILONGGO MAFIA GROUP led by Ilonggo Mafia Boss Don Rommel Ynion, and his kuratong associate, Danny Fajardo of Panay News Sindikato.Inc.

By these revelations, it can be analyzed now that the so called “anti-corruption campaign” being imposed surreptitiously by the new ILONGGO MAFIA TRIUMVIRATE [ MAFIA BOSS Don Rommel Ynion— a closet smuggling and jueteng special operator of the dreaded and scandalously corrupt Arroyo Conjugal Dictatorship, Boy Tulisan Mejorada and Danny Kuratong Fajardo], is nothing but a charade and diversionary scheme to cover-up the trails of their criminal associations and accountabilities, from past and present.

More clearly, the apparent failure of their fake ‘anti-corruption’ campaign’ to gain a reasonable and substantial following is mainly due to the absence of CREDIBILITY and MORAL ASCENDANCY attending to the leaders of such campaign or crusade.

How can the new Ilonggo Mafia Boss, Don Rommel Ynion lead a so called “anti corruption” campaign against Mayor Mabilog and Congressman Treñas when he himself is a closet beneficiary of the dreaded and scandalously corrupt Arroyo Conjugal dictatorship, in which the grossly overpriced (P600 Million in overpricing) Macapagal Boulevard in Metro Manila is one of the wailing crimes of this Mafia Boss Ynion, which he has to beld accountable. aside from various forms of smuggling and jueteng/illegal gambling operations.

How can the Mafia Boss, Don Rommel Ynion expect the people of Iloilo City believe and follow him when aside from his dirty crime associations, he is also using paid barkers, attack dogs, political mercenaries and dregs and criminal elements hiding behind the distorted sense of journalism license and much-abused “media immunity”, like BOY TULISAN MEJORADA and DANNY PATAY NEWS KURATONG FAJARDO, as his most trusted minions and operators in their greed to hold power mired in their ambitions of : “SULONG MGA KAPATID! LUSOB SA CITY HALL! AGAWON ANG GAHUM kag DUMALAHAN ANG SIYUDAD SANG ILOILO”….

THEY WILL SOON BE JUDGED BY THE PEOPLE OF ILOILO CITY…

[more of the spicy expose will be coming out to shred the real anatomy of the Mafia Schemes in Iloilo City being employed by the new ILONGGO MAFIA TRIUMVIRATE…. including the past architecture of monumental corruption which the Mafia TRIUMVIRATE, especially BOY TULISAN MEJORADA in his nine-year robbery-type cum tulisan performance as the Iloilo Provincial Administrator….]

TRAILS OF TRUTH, TALES OF MAFIA SCHEMES IN ILOILO . by Ilonggo AdoboGwapo

NOTE FOR THE PEOPLE and ADOBO FRIENDS:

[ This is the actual blogpost of Manuel “Boy Tulisan” Mejorada at the time that he was not yet bought by Ilonggo Mafia Boss, Don Rommel Ynion to become his highest paid attack dog hidding behind distorted sense and use of ‘journalism license’. In fact, when Boy Tulisan Mejorada wrote this piece, he was then writing for Don Rommel Ynion’s local newspaper, The News Today, without Don Rommel Ynion knowing it then that Boy Tulisan Mejorada is a top caliber political bandit and mercenary for hire using his much-flaunted journalism skills(???).

After this Mejorada article was published,The Ilonggo Mafia Boss Don Rommel Ynion went terribly mad that after he ordered his factotum cum media handler Junep Ocampo to immediately fire Boy Tulisan Mejorada as a columnist of The News Today, Ynion the Mafioso Lord hired the notorious pack of hungry wolves moonlighting as ‘media-man kuno’ cum radio and/print attack dogs, just to shred apart Boy Tulisan Mejorada. The notorious “paid barkers” like Kapid Gabio, Roy Cejar, Jun Capulot, et al. were hired as the ‘executioners and berdugos’ paid to lambast Boy Tulisan Mejorada on air, via paid broadcasts and blocktime programs in radio stations around Iloilo City (save for Bombo Radyo which Iloilo Media mogul Roger Florete refused Don Rommel Ynion’s “attack dogs” to use Bombo Radyo’s facilities.

The madness and almost savage rage of Mafio Boss Don Rommel Ynion against Boy Tulisan Mejorada was primarily triggered after allegedly Iloilo Provincial Governor Arthur Defensor complained about the so called ‘Mejorada Bribery Expose’ in connection to the jueteng-stl transaction of Iggy Arroyo-Don Rommel Ynion owned gambling company which goes by the name Around The World Gaming Corp. The catch of this intertwining and interconnecting circumstantial and accidentally-leaked confidential information revealed the Mafia-like operations hatched by the group of Ilonggo Mafia Boss Rommel Ynion involving the bribery transaction with top Iloilo Provincial Government Officials, especially at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol.

The role of husband and wife tandem Jonathan Ng and Ma. Inez Monfort-Ng who are known ‘special project operators’ for corrupt and criminal sindicates in Iloilo all the more provided the important link to this explosive story. Jonathan Ng is a good high school buddy of Ilonggo Mafia Lord Don Rommel Ynion, and Jonathan’s wife Inez, is hired by Ynion, and until presently, works as the Operations Manager of Mafia-owned local news paper, The News Today. (By the way, another local news paper called PANAY NEWS which was independently-owned before by known MEDIA KURATONG PUBLISHER of ‘GINAREKLAMO SANG PUBLIKO’ popular tag, MR. Danny Kuratong Fajardo has already been bought by Ilonggo Mafia Lord Don Rommel Ynion, and Kuratong Fajardo’s soul and conscience were also bought, together with Boy Tulisan Mejorada).

The comedy angle now is: The triumvirate of evil and criminal lords, namely: Ilonggo Mafia Boss Ynion, Boy Tulisan Mejorada and Danny Kuratong Fajardo are leading the so called anti-corruption campaign in Iloilo City with the aim of attacking Iloilo City mayor Jed Mabilog and Congressman Jerry Treñas. But the triumvirate are only fooling themselves as no sensible and well-meaning Ilonggos would like to join their much-hyped anti-corruption campaign. Of course the reason for this failure of their criminal schemes is very obvious—the Ilonggos know their history and they are critical and analytical people.

More spicy and juicy revelations will be coming out soon.– Adobo IlonggoGwapo

January 17, 2011 by Manuel “Boy” Mejorada

Licurgo Tirador, board member representing the 3rd district of Iloilo, seldom speaks publicly. But when he does, you can be sure it’s not gossip. A former OIC-governor of Iloilo, three-term congressman of the 3rd district and mayor of Pototan, Iloilo, Tirador can be described as an elder statesman in local politics. He can afford to speak his mind, and he doesn’t have to worry about stepping on toes.

Two weeks ago, Tirador created a minor tremblor at the Iloilo capitol when he exposed an attempt to bribe him and other members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan just to secure passage of the resolution ffavoring the operation of Small Town Lottery (STL) in the province. Tirador, along with board members Gerardo Flores (1st district), Demy Sonza (2nd district) and Nielo Tupas (5th district), had voted against the resolution. The expose came after Iloilo governor Arthur Defensor Sr. revealed he had given a certificate of no objection in favor of Around the World Gaming Corp. owned by known jueteng lord Eddie Gonzales and Iggy Arroyo, a.k.a. Jose Pidal.

The revelation confirms the information I have gathered that the STL operator promised P100,000 to vice governor Oscar Richard Garin Jr. and P25,000 each to board members to get the resolution approved. And once the STL operations commence, a steady monthly allowance will also flow into the board members’ pockets, my sources say.

That the expose came from Tirador mildly surprised me. Tirador is an ally of Defensor. But to the credit of the grand old man, he isn’t one who sacrifices his principles. Once he finds something objectionable, then he’ll not hesitate to express his displeasure. This is apparently what happened in this instance. Tirador found it hard to swallow that STL was granted an entry permit because of bribes. And it is now clear the bribe money didn’t just involve the provincial board. The office of the governor is a logical place for more money to be delivered. In the final analysis, it’s the governor’s signature and assent that mattered the most.

Defensor knew he had a crisis in his hands. How can he now deflect the issue of corruption? He made his comeback to the capitol on the issue of corruption. He had accused his predecessor of rampant corruption, although after six months, he hasn’t proven a single charge. His “Mister Clean” image is now being threatened. And the threat didn’t come from the Tupas camp. The expose came from within his own group.

Well, Defensor employed the usual squid-tactics. At once he held a press conference and disclosed a report of the Commission on Audit (COA) disallowing a P5-million purchase of medicines last year. He was decent enough to admit the COA disallowance isn’t final and executory. The Tupas camp still has six months to appeal and show that there wasn’t anything irregular about it. But it suited his purposes, and the media bit at his bait.

It also helped him that Tirador zippered his mouth almost as quickly as he had opened it. Tirador turned elusive when local radio stations tried to do interviews with him. We can only speculate that Tirador was discreetly requested by his ally to shut his mouth up, because it will blow Defensor’s cover of a clean administration.

But the lid has been blown off. Tirador’s revelation is proof that STL is bringing dirty money into the hands of Capitol officials. I’ve been told Defensor was visited by Eddie Gonzales in August to seal the transaction. Gonzales was accompanied by Samuel Jonathan Ng, who was also involved in the Syjuco anomalies (cellphone, computers, etc.). Ng’s own wife delivered the money to the board members, my sources said.

I was told a partial delivery of P5 millon was made, which is why Defensor pushed hard to obtain a favorable resolution from the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. Another P15 million is supposedly due upon the issuance of the governor’s certificate of no objection. Easy money.

I’m hoping the media will not shelve the issue too soon. The integrity of the Iloilo capitol is now put into serious question. The source of the bribery issue isn’t a lightweight. He detonated a nuke right in Defensor’s office, and the governnor can no longer hide and escape culpability. The more troubling thought is that in this case, Defensor was a party to the bribery. The money given to the vice governor and board members came with his imprimatur.
