Manuel Mejorada who goes by the name of “Deep Throat” in the newspaper TNT or “The Ngarag Today” should be the one to be investigated by the NBI for libel or character assassination. He created a page on Facebook whose primary job is to make personal attacks against Mayor Jed. Dapat i report ang page for hate speech on Facebook mismo. This screen grab is incontrovertible proof that Manuel Mejorada is behind all the black propaganda against a duly elected mayor of a major city. Should Mayor Jed one day decide to file libel cases against this scum of a mediaman, the screen grab below will be very useful.
