Ping Lacson hunting the Arroyo men and that includes you-know-who

Adobo Ilonggo’s moles in the Senate said Sen. Panfilo “Ping” Lacson was impressed with Iloilo City’s Seal of Good Housekeeping Award and its bagging the Pamana ng Lahi Award as well as the billions in investments the city is consistently getting and so, when his wards got hold of all the bad publicity Iloilo City and its mayor was getting in no less than Pa(t)ay News and The Ngarag Today that its publishers are circulating for free in the Senate and Congress, the good senator wondered why this is the case.

SEN. PANFILO "PING" LACSON OUT TO GET ARROYO BOYS, INCLUDING UTANGERO ROMMEL YNION! Sir, Rommel is in Iloilo City, not Stanford.

Thus, he called on his staff to check out what’s going on in Iloilo City and upon knowing that a certain Rommel Ynion is behind the bad publicity and is suspect in the smuggling of cars and is the Visayas money launderer of the Arroyos, he immediately gave instructions that the pretentious philanthropist and pathetic “tycoon” be included in his watch list of Arroyo boys whom he wants to be put in the bar of justice.

Pastor Boy Saycon will also be helping Lacson in his bid to see justice is done by putting the Arroyos and their boys like Alfonso Cusi, Ephraim Genuino, Armand Arreza and the likes behind bars.

Good luck, senator. Your big fish is waiting here.

Customs chief’s 1st target: Bogus media

Don’t you think Biazon should also consider investigating one Rommel Ynion in Iloilo City who specializes in Dirty PR or Black Media operations? One of his clients is no less than SBMA Administrator Armand Arreza. And with his media “ties”, he attempted to destroy the reputation of Reghis ROmero II and Manuel Pangilinan.

http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/61639/customs-chief%E2%80%99s-1st-target-bogus-media

After formally taking over the Bureau of Customs (BOC) on Monday, new Customs Commissioner Rozzano Rufino Biazon began his cleanup drive starting with the “hao-siaos” or bogus media practitioners covering the agency as initial targets.

Biazon said he would coordinate with legitimate press groups to come up with an accreditation system to weed out fake journalists at the BOC “as soon as possible.”

“It’s just like what we did with Senate, Congress, and Malacañang,” Biazon said after the formal turnover rites at the BOC Monday.

Biazon said the accreditation rules would come out only after he finishes consulting various legitimate media organizations.

“I don’t want to be arbitrary… on my part. I would still have to consult with the media groups (because) we are bordering here on freedom of the press. So, I don’t want this to be my own decision,” he said.

“I want media cooperation so that there would be a consensus. So, we would sit down with existing legitimate groups and find out if we could come up with a set of rules that we could apply here in the BOC,” he added.

Biazon said he would also clamp down on erring customs officials responsible for the BOC’s reputation as the “most corrupt” government agency.

“It cannot be denied that there are some amongst us those who have shamelessly tarnished the image of all BOC employees and officials. While they treat themselves lavishly with the fruits of their unscrupulous activities, everyone else suffers under the scornful stare of an angry and disgusted public,” he said.

“As mandated by the President himself, we will clamp down on the abuse by those who damaged the image of the bureau and of each one of us,” he added.

Biazon said these were “turbulent times” for the BOC with public esteem for the agency “depressingly low.”

“In media reports and opinion columns, ‘most corrupt’ is the usual description of the Bureau of Customs, withstories of incidents ranging from paying P20 just to pass a document from one desk to another to multimillion payoffs for missing container vans,” he said.

More of Rommel Ynion’s black media and dirty PR clients

Adobo Ilonggo’s deep throats at Harbour Center and Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) said it is not surprising for Rommel Ynion to give gifts to people he wants to use.

For instance, Rommel’s gift to Armand Arreza, administrator and CEO of SBMA, is an expensive Mini Cooper. If Arreza does not give in to what Rommel Ynion wants, he makes sumbat. Same thing he did to Mayor Jed Mabilog.
Another client of Rommel Ynion in his black media operations is Alfonso Uygongco’s daughter, Aileen Uygongco- Ongkauko. Wow!

What Rommel Ynion’s clients do not know is that when he is with his friends and minions, he shoots off his mouth to show off. Kulang siguro sa medication.

Who is Nelson Ramirez in the life of Rommel Ynion?

Remember the black media operations of Rommel Ynion that he started in 2001 and from whence much of his wealth came from? Well, he got P30 million from tycoon Ricky Razon for attempting to destroy no less than Reghis Romero II and The Manny Pangilinan. He also got several more millions from Armand Arreza, administrator and CEO of Subic BayMetropolitan Authority (SBMA) for various dirty operations. How did Adobo Ilonggo know this? Well, there are deep throats at the Harbour Center who like to talk about how Rommel Ynion brags that he is the next Bubby Dacer because of his big “contracts.” And since walls have ears, Adobo heard of Rommel’s bragging.

Our  Harbor Center deep throat also emailed to say that Rommel Ynion does not operate alone. He does not have the writing talent for it (rumor goes that he locked himself up in his room for a year attempting to learn English but never getting the hang of it — a source of deep insecurity up to this day) and so, he pays a certain Engr.  Nelson Ramirez to do the dirty job of black media for him. This Ramirez, said the North Harbor deep throat is the editor of Tinig Marino and founded the United Filipino Seafarers Union or UFS and likes to think of himself as a man of many virtues (http://www.ufs.ph/2009-10/node/4538).

Well, Rommel Ynion needs to surround himself with “good men” so that their “goodness” can rub off on him such as the case of the mestizo who used to teach him the niceties of life.

But we digress. Look at how Ynion and Ramirez “managed” the publicity surrounding Reghis Romero II’s Smokey Mountain project:

And look at the writing styles. Very similar no? That is Engr. Nelson Ramirez for you.
